MS5 is a Portland-based parent organization. We operate multiple community programs — currently including MS5 HRSN and MS5 Wellness — each running as its own program with its own team, all under the MS5 umbrella and sharing a single office.
MS5 HRSN, our Health-Related Social Needs program, offers rental and utility assistance to Oregon Health Plan Open Card members. To date, MS5 has issued more than $947,000 in direct assistance to families across Oregon through this program.
MS5 Wellness extends the organization into outpatient behavioral health.
